Ingredients
- 600 g Okazi Leaves
- 600 g Spinach (Or Waterleaf)
- 4 Tbsp Palm Oil
- 2 Tbsp Ground Crayfish
- 2 Red Onion
- 500 g Chicken Wings
- 1 kg Chicken Drumsticks
- 500 g Lean Beef (Diced)
- 500 g Honey Shaki (Beef Tripe) or any other meats of choice

Instructions
- Season and boil chicken, beef and shaki. In separate pots or together, depending on your preference. (suggestion - boil chicken separately)
- While the chicken boils, chop, soak and drain the okazi leaves. Set aside
- Chop the spinach laterally, and set aside also.
- Tip: If you have a blended or food processor, pulse the okazi & spinach (separately) with some water. This makes it easier to mix in
- Once the meats are cooked, combine in one large pot and leave in half of the stock. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes
- Add in the pal oil and seasoning (maggi, fresh herbs, crushed chillies etc.). Mix in and cook for another 5 minutes
- Add and stir in the okazi leaves till throughly integrated. Then do the same for the spinach.
- Season further to taste. Allow to cook for 3 - 5 minutes
- Serve with any carb of choice, boiled plantain, swallow or grain
