Ingredients
- 10 Wholemeal Tortilla (Or Wholemeal Pitta)
- 1.2 Kg Chicken Breast
- 4 Avocado
- 2 Cucumber
- 0.45 Kg Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Pack Lettuce
- 5 Tomato (Sliced)
- 3 Chilli Peppers
- 4 Tsp Sea Salt
- 3 Tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
- Dice chicken breast, season and fry in a non stick pan till fully coked (white on the outside and in)
- Dice avocado, chili, cucumber, red onion in to small chunks and set aside
- In a large mixing bowl, add in the chicken and diced vegetables (above) and mix till fully incorporated
- Add in greek yoghurt, sea salt, cumin and lemon juice - Fully mix in
- Wrap: Lay on the lettuce, tomato and the the chicken salad mixture. Fold tortila in and enjoy! (you can also have the salad on its own or wrapped in lettuce for a lower carb option)
