- Mature Cheddar (Grated) (1 Tbsp)
- Eggs (2)
- Avocado (Mashed) (½)
- Soya/Coconut/Dairy Free Milk (20ml)
- Spinach (¼ Cup)
- Tomato Slices (3)
Instructions
Scrambled Eggs
- Eggs
- Soya/Coconut/Diary Free Milk
- Black Pepper & Sea Salt
- Mash avocado on tortilla wrap
- Spread Spinach on mashed avocado
- Evenly spread scrambled egg
- Add tomato slices and sprinkle cheese atop
- Fold wrap into desired shape, and serve
* Low fat cheese came be added to wrap if wanted
