- 3.5 Mango
- 1.75 Cucumber
- 1 Cup Coriander
- 6 Mint Leaves
- 7 Stalks Spring Onion
- 1/2 Cup Chillies
- 1.75 Bell Pepper
- 0.1 Kg Cashew Nuts (Or Pistachio)
Salad Dressing
- 3.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 14 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3.5 Tbsp Worcester Sauce
- 3.5 Tbsp Caster Unrefined Cane Sugar

Instructions
- Peel the mango and cut into thin strips
- Peel avocado and cut into square/small chunks
- Slice cucumber and spring onions into fine slices
- Dice and chop chilli, coriander and mint
- Either manually, or usinf a food processor, cut the bell peppers into cubes
- Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix in lime juice, soy sauce, worcester sauce, sugar and sea salt; till fully incorporated
- Serve & Enjoy
