Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- Chicken Fillets (4)
- Coconut Oil (15ml)
- Leek (1)
- Worcestershire sauce (15ml)
- Low Fat Grated cheese (300ml)
- Garlic cloves (3)
- Sun Dried Tomato (6)
- Fat Free Greek Yoghurt (350ml)
- Sea Salt & Pepper (10ml)
Instructions
- Set Oven to 200°C
- Bake Chicken Fillets for 20 mins
- Mix Ingredients to form sauce
- Dip/Baste Chicken in sauce Lay in Baking tray – evenly spaced Sprinkle cheese and sun dried tomato on chicken
- Place in oven for further 10 – 15 minutes
- Serve with side of choice (Rice/Quinoa/Potatoes etc)
