Ingredients (for 6 servings)
- Banana (3)
- Greek/Soya Yoghurt (½ Pint)
- Nut Butter/Chocolate Spread (1½ Cup)
- Desiccated Coconut (Topping) (2 Tbsp)
- White/Dark Chocolate chunks (Topping) (2 Tbsp)
- Chopped Nuts (Topping) (2 Tbsp)
- Popsicle Stick (6)
Instructions
- Chop each banana into halves to make 6 pieces
- Stick popsicle stick into banana until banana is steadily (Be careful not to push the stick through the banana)
- Place chopped banana on baking paper/tray and put in freezer for 30 minutes, till almost frozen
- Pour yoghurt into tall glass
- Remove banana sticks from freezer and dip individually into yoghurt glass till banana is covered about ¾ way
- Place banana sticks back into freezer for a further 1 hour
- Melt the nut butter/choccolate spread in small bowl till smooth and creamy
- Remove the banana sticks once more from freezer and dip into melted spread
- Add/Sprinkle toppings atop as desired
- Place popsicles back into the freezer for a further 30mins
- Once 30 mins is up, remove from freezer and enjoy immediately, or wrap in cling film; to store in freezer
