- 2 Wholemeal Tortilla
- 0.5 Avocado
- 0.5 Tomato
- 30 g Bulgur wheat
- 50 g Red Kidney Beans (Or White Beans)
- 40 ml Milk (or soy milk if lactose intolerant)

Instructions
- Pour bulgur wheat into a small pot, and pour in 1 cup of boiling water. Cover up and leave for 5 - 10 minutes
- In a small bowl - mix the eggs and milk; sprinkle in some salt and pepper. Mix well and put in microwave for 60 - 90 seconds. (or fry the eggs if you have the time)
- Dice the tomato into little squares, and the avocado into medium sized slices
- On a chopping board or plate, lay the tortilla, apply a spread of choice (butter, mayo etc.), and add on the rest of the ingredients
- (You can do so in any order of choice, but it fits better to add the bulgur wheat first, then the eggs, beans, tomato and finally the avocado
- Fold the tortilla up and enjoy!
