- 0.33 Kg Blended Oats
- 2.5 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 0.75 Tbsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1.5 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 0.75 Tbsp Baking Soda
- 0.5 Tsp Sea Salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Rapseed Oil
- 3 Egg Whites
- 0.175 Kg Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
- 2 Cup Soy Milk (Or plain milk)
- 0.5 Cup Honey
- 4 Large Carrots Grated

Instructions
- Set Oven to 180C
- In a small bowl, mix dry ingredients
- In a larger bowl, mix wet ingredients till smooth
- Add in the dry ingredients gradually into the wet mixture, stirring as you do so - mix through till smooth consistency
- Add in the grated carrots and mix/fold till the carrots are fully integrated
- Line a baking tray with baking/grease proof/parchment paper; and evenly spread the mixture across
- Place in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes ( check after 25 minutes by piercing with a knife - It is ready when the knife comes out clean)
- Remove from oven, allow to cool for 10 mins, before eating or storing in an air-tight container
