- 14 g Spring Onion
- 75 g Cream Cheese (Lacto/Dairy free if needed)
- 1 Kg Tomato Marina Sauce
- 2.5 Cauliflower Head
- 30 Meatballs Lean Beef Meatballs
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves

Instructions
- Chop spring onions, red onions and garlic into tiny bits and toss into pot/skillet/pan with hot oil till brown (1 Tbsp of oil should be enough)
- Add in the meatballs and fry till outer surface is browned be careful not to burn. Keep turning and cook for 3 - 5 minutes
- Once the meatballs are browned and cooked, add in the marinara sauce, season with salt, pepper, chilli and oregano and simmer on medium heat for 7 mins. (Stir every now and again to ensure the meatballs dont stick to the pan)
- Once that is done, take off the hob and set aside
- Chop the cauliflower head into chunks and boil in a pot till soft
- Once soft, either in the pot or in a food processor, add in the cream cheese and salt (1 Tsp) to the cauliflower, and mash till smooth. (Add the cream cheese incrementally and stop when you reach your desired texture)
- Sprinkle some black pepper ato and serve with meatball sauce
