- Brown Rice/ Quinoa/Bulgur Wheat (50ml)
- Avocado (½)
- Kale (35g)
- Chicken Breasts Fillets (140g)
- Sea Salt & Pepper (1 Pinch)
- Pomegranate/Berry (½)
- Lemon (½)
Instructions
- Set oven to 180C
- Season the chicken with cayenne pepper, oregano, sea salt & pepper
- Cook Rice in pot
- Dice avocado into slices
- Serve atop kale
- Dice chicken into strips, serve with rice and kale salad
* Sauce for Rice: Chilli soy sauce
* Salad Cream: Low fat caesar, mayo, or any of choice
