- 8 Cups Protein rice puffs (Or Rice Krispies)
- 4 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 600 g Dark Chocolate (78% Raw Cacao) (Normal dark chocolate or/and white chocolate works too!)

Instructions
- Step 1: Break the chocolate into small chunks. Pour in a bowl with coconut oil, and pop in the microwave for 30 - 60 seconds (Till fully melted)
- Step 2: Stir melted chocolate and coconut oil thoroughly
- Step 3: Add in rice puffs and fold in till fully integrated (all puffs are covered)
- Step 4: Line a muffin tray with baking paper/muffin paper and scoop chocolate mixture in. Spread evenly
- Step 5: Place the muffin trays with chocolate mixture in the fridge for 2 -3 hours (to set)
- Step 6: Remove from the fridge and enjoy! Ps: Keep refrigerated in an air tight container, or store int he freezer.
