Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- Eggs (2)
- Banana (2)
- Sea Salt (1 Pinch)
- Coconut Oil (10ml)
Instructions
- Mash Banana in a bowl and mix with eggs till smooth enough consistency
- Pour mixture into pan one scoop at a time
- Fry till bottom is firm and brown, then flip over to cook other side
- Once all slices have been made, serve with maple syrup and selection of desired chopped fruit
- Berries, Walnuts, Figs etc
