Ingredients (for 5 servings)
- Oats (350ml)
- Soya Yoghurt (100ml)
- Coconut/Soya/Dairy Free Milk (100ml)
- Peanut/Nut Butter (3 Tbsp)
- Ground Cinnamon (10ml)
- Manukka/Organic Honey (30ml)
- Banana (Mashed) (2)
- Nuts (Optional) (½ Cup)
Instructions
- In Mixing bowl
- Add oats, yoghurt, water/milk, peanut butter, nuts (optional), cinnamon, honey, mashed banana
- Mix all together until smooth consistency attained
- Place in fridge overnight (3-4hrs)
- Serve and consume accordingly
