Dry Ingredients
- 0.1 Kg Blended Oats
- 0.75 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 0.25 Tsp Baking Powder
- 0.25 Tsp Sea Salt
- 0.1 Kg Caster Unrefined Cane Sugar (or granulated sugar)
Wet Ingredients
- 0.013 Kg Rapseed Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 0.067 Kg Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
- 0.1 L Soy Milk
- 10 Golden Oreo Cookies (Or normal oreo cookies)

Instructions
- Set oven to 180C
- In a small bowl, mix dry ingredients till smooth
- Do the same with the wet ingredients, in another larger bowl
- Crush the oreos into small chunks and set aside
- Add in the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix till thoroughly smooth
- Fold in two-thirds of the crushed oreos into the mixture
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper, and spread the batter into it.
- Gently press the remaining Oreo chunks into the top of the mix. Bake at for 20 - 25 minutes.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely to room temperature in the tray at let the brownies rest for at least 3 hours before slicing into squares.
