Smoothies sometimes gets me so charged up at any point of the day! Behold the Green Smoothie!
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
- Spinach (1 Cup)
- Avocado (½)
- Banana (½)
- Pumpkin Seeds (½ Ounce)
- Chia Seeds (½ Ounce)
- Soya Milk (½ Cup)
- Ice Cubes (½ Cup)
Instructions
- Slice banana and avocado into slices
- Add slices and other ingredients into blender
- Blend till smooth and fluid consistency (If not fluid enough, add more milk)
- Serve into glass
- (As in Picture) Sprinkle chopped nuts and goji berry/cranberries atop
