Simple as ABC! In my opinion, Homemade Meals will always trump its supermarket counterpart (in all areas). This is no different – Had a swell time deciding what to put in this; and you could too! 😀
Ingredients (for 10 servings)
- Sesame Seeds (150ml)
- Flaxseeds (150ml)
- Pumpkin Seeds (100ml)
- Sunflower Seeds (100ml)
- Chopped Nuts (Almonds, Cashews etc.) (200ml)
- Dried Fruit (Berries) (100ml)
- Ground Cinnamon (10ml)
- Coconut Oil (100ml)
Instructions
- Set oven to 180°C
- Mix Ingredient until desired consistency attained
- Spread evenly across oven tray
- Place in oven for 20 mins
- Remove from oven & Serve (Wait for it to cool)
- Serve with either low fat soya/almond/coconut milk or yoghurt
