Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Blended Oats (Or Coconut flour)
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
Wet Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Almond Butter (Or Peanut butter or any other nut butter)
- 3/4 Cup Honey (Or Agave/Carob Fruit Syrup)
- 1 Sweet Potato (Mashed)

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients and set aside
- In a smaller bowl, mix the wet ingredients (excluding the sweet potato), till completely smooth texture attained. (Tip: Melt the nut butter first before mixing)
- Add the wet mixture into the large dry mixture bowl; add in the mashed sweet potato and stir till fully incorporated and thick dough attained
- Line a baking tray/bowl withh grease proof paper, and pour in the dough - spread evenly. Add in chocolate chips if you desire
- Place in the fridge (or freezer) for at least 30 minutes so that they become firm
- Store in fridge and consume! 🙂

- Note: for a lower cal content, substitute the oat flour for coconut flour, the honey for carob fruit and the nut seed for a lower salt/fat option.
