Ingredients (for 12 servings)
- Eggs (6)
- Egg White (6)
- Spring Onion (Bunch) (½)
- Kale/Spinach (1 Cup)
- Bell Peppers (1)
- Sea Salt & Pepper (1 Pinch)
- Mushrooms (Optional) (½ Cup)
- Meat/Chicken/Salmon of choice (Diced) (1 Cup)
- Low Fat grated cheese (optional) (¼ Cup)
- Coconut Oil
Instructions
- Mix Ingridients (except cheese) together in large bowl
- Whisk till all ingridients are totally immersed
- Line muffin tray pods with coconut oil
- Evenly distribute mixture in individual muffin pods (filling up 3/4 of the way)
- Place in oven for 20 minutes
- Remove from oven once ready and allow to cool for 5 minutes
- Serve and Enjoy
