Ingredients (for 5 servings)
- Soy Vanilla yoghurt (1⅔ Cups)
- Oats (2½ Cup)
- Soy/Lactose free Milk (3⅓ Cup)
- Chia seeds (5 Tbsp)
- Ground flaxseed (5 Tbsp)
- Honey or Carob Fruit Syrup (4 Tbsp)
- Chocolate Chip & Banana (1 Tbsp Chocolate chunks + ½ Banana)
- Vanilla & Chia (Same as Base)
- Carrot & Raisin Chia (1 grated carrot + 1 tbsp raisins)
- Cocoa-Nut & Flaxseed (1 Tbsp Cocoa powder + Chopped nuts + flaxseed)
- Cocoa and Coconut (1 Tbsp cocoa powder + 1 Tbsp Desiccated coconut)
- Whisk together all ingredients mentioned above and variations in a mixing bowl.
- Spoon into mason jar/pot and cover.
- Store in fridge for at least 4 hours or Overnight.
