Ingredients
- 1300 g Okra (Chopped)
- 500 g Smoked Mackerel
- 400 g Jumbo King Prawns
- 3 Tsp Chilli Flakes
- 3 Tsp Garlic Salt
- 2 Tsp Sea Salt & Pepper
- 2 Cups Broth (Can be fish or vegetable broth, or even just water)

Instructions
- Split the chopped okra into two portions. Chop one portion into smaller, finer slices, and leave the second portion as slightly larger chunks
- In a large plan, pour in the broth and bring to boil
- Add in the smoked mackerel and jumbo prawns and cook till the prawns are cooked (white fleshed)
- Add in the chopped okra portions and mix in til thoroughly integrated with the mackerel and prawns. Add in seasoning and stir
- Cook for another 5 minutes on medium to high heat, (or until you reach your desired sauce thickness - this also depends on how much water you put)
- Remove from the hob and allow to cool
- Serve with tomato stew and oat swallow (or any swallow of your choice)
