Ingredients
- 2 Cup Oats
- 1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Flour (wholemeal flour or blended oats)
- 25 g Sultanas (or raisins, cranberies or dry fruit of choice)
- 1 Banana (Mashed)
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 0.5 Cup Honey
- 0.185 Kg Quinoa (Cooked)
- 0.67 Cup Peanut Butter (Optional)

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well till thoroughly intergrated. (Tip: Mix dry and wet ingredients and then combine)
- Set oven to 180C
- Line an oven tray with grease proof paper and pour in dough mixture
- Place in oven for 20 - 25 mins until golden brown
- Once Ready, remove, let cool for 5 mins, and cut into the bars
- Wrap in cliong film and store in the fridge
