- 600 g Oats
- 1 Cup Golden Linseed
- 150 g Honey
- 130 g Almonds
- 150 g Cashews
- 3 Egg Whites
- 2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Turmeric
- 2 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tsp Curry Powder

Instructions
- Fluff/beat the egg whites till puffed up and foamy
- St the oven to 180C
- Mix the Cinnamon, Turmeric, Paprika and Curry Powder and honey in a small bowl
- Mix the rest of the ingredients in a larger bowl
- Power the spice mixture into the large bowl and fold till all the oats are fully integrated and covered with honey. (Add more honey incrementally if the oats aren't integrated enough)
- Pour the oat mixture into a baking tray (lined with parchment paper) and spread out evenly
- Bake for 25 mins and check frequently after that. *Tip, Bring the tray out and mix about 15 minutes in and return into the oven.
- Once ready, allow to cool, store in an air tight container and serve with either milk or yoghurt.
