Instructions
- Set oven to 180C
- Dice frankfurters, spring onions into small chunks
- In a large mixing bowl, mix above with rest of ingredients
- Season with salt & pepper (and other seasonings of choice)
- Grease muffin tray with rapseed oil or butter
- Pour in mixture evenly across muffin pods; filling each pod 3/4 of the way
- Place in oven for 25mins, until muffin is firm
- Let the muffins stand for 5 minutes, and enjoy immediately or store in air-tight container for a maximum of 4 days.
