Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- Blood Orange (Slices) (½)
- Oranges (Slices) (½)
- Bulgur Wheat (100g)
- Salmon Chunks (250g)
- Spinach (1½ Cup)
- Red Onion (½)
- Garlic (Cloves) (1½)
- Sea Salt & Pepper (10ml)
- Parsley
- Avocado (1)
Instructions
- Set oven to 180C
- Season Salmon with sea salt, pepper, oregano, lemona, red onion and garlic; wrap in foil paper and place in oven for 10-15mins (till cooked )
- In small pot of boiling water, pour in bulgur wheat and cook till swole and cooked
- Cut oranges across midsection into circular slices
- Peel avocados and cut laterally into slices
- Place spinach on plate (as the bed)
- Using hollow and circular bowl or cup, scoop and compress in bulgur wheat, ensuring its compactly tight
- Place bulgur wheat directly in the center of the spinach
- Arrange avocado, and oranges atop as shown in picture
- Surround the structure with salmon chunks
- Place chopped parsley atop tower, serve and enjoy!
