Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- Tuna [Tins] (2)
- Soya Yoghurt (200ml)
- Greek Yoghurt (300ml)
- Philadelphia Cream Cheese (100g)
- Curry Powder (15ml)
- Lemon Juice (1)
- Parsley (100ml)
- Cabbage (Red/White) (100ml)
- Sea Salt & Pepper (10ml)
- Courgette (150g)
- Carrot (3)
Instructions
- Cut the end of the courgettes and carrots, along with the cabbage, put through spiralizer to create spaghetti
- Place spaghetti in saucepan with a little coconut oul and water, allow to cook for 3-5 mins.
- Add ingredients for sauce (Yoghurts, philadelphia, curry powder) into saucepan
- Stir till cabbage totally immersed; bring to boil
- Add in tuna chunks, and continue to boil till mixure is smooth
- Once ready, serve in bowl and sprinkle chopped parsley atop
- Enjoy!
