How it works · 3 steps
From your plate to your patterns.
Bring your meal log and wearable readings into the same history. KeepEatClean helps you explore which eating habits suit you, through patterns that hold up in your own data.
Step one
Build the food history
Log your usual meals and meal times by photo, barcode or search. Review each estimate and edit the food or portion when needed, so the record reflects what you actually ate.
Step two
Connect your readings
Apple Watch data comes through Apple Health. WHOOP has its own read-only connection that never writes to your account. Which sleep, HRV and recovery measures you get depends on your device and permissions.
WHOOP does not supply Apple Health steps. You can disconnect either source in the app. More on WHOOP · Apple Watch setup
Step three
Explore patterns that hold up
Food × Body looks at usable paired days and runs evidence checks before it shows anything. A pattern helps you choose a question to explore. It does not establish cause or prescribe a diet.

Room for uncertainty
“Still learning” is a useful answer.
Consistent logging creates more history to work with. Not enough data and no clear signal are legitimate states, and the app tells you which one you’re in.
There is no guaranteed insight date and no promised improvement in sleep or recovery. Findings are associations, not proof, and not medical advice.
