Meals alongside your wearable history
How KeepEatClean uses WHOOP
WHOOP records sleep and recovery. KeepEatClean adds your meals and meal timing to the picture, so you can explore how everyday eating habits line up with your own wearable readings over time.
Photo logging and editable meals help build the food history. Food × Body examines usable paired food-and-health days and checks the evidence before showing a supported association.
Read-only connection
The data behind the history
You authorize WHOOP separately. Available measures depend on your account, permissions and source data.
Sleep and recovery
WHOOP sleep and recovery readings can sit alongside your logged meals. HRV and resting heart rate provide additional context when available.
Training context
WHOOP strain and workouts can add context to your daily history. A meal association alone does not explain every change in recovery.
Clear sources
Apple Watch connects through Apple Health. WHOOP has its own integration; it does not supply Apple Health steps. Check Where your data comes from in the app.
A question worth exploring
How does dinner timing line up with your sleep?
KeepEatClean can help you build the history needed to investigate questions like this. It may show a supported pattern, say it is still learning, or find no clear signal.
More consistent history creates more opportunity to explore a pattern. It does not guarantee an insight by a particular date. Findings are associations, not proof that a food or habit caused an outcome, and not medical advice.

Connect through WHOOP's authorization screen
Choose WHOOP during setup or in Settings under Health source, complete WHOOP's sign-in and authorization, then check that recent readings appear. KeepEatClean uses read-only access and does not write to your WHOOP account. You can disconnect in the app.
See the Privacy Policy for data handling and account controls. KeepEatClean is an independent app; this page does not imply WHOOP endorsement.
