Product overview
A meal diary alongside the data you already collect.
KeepEatClean brings meal logging and wearable readings into a personal history of nutrition, meal timing, sleep, and recovery. Photo logging and editable meals and portions help build the food record.
Apple Watch readings arrive through Apple Health; WHOOP uses a separate connection. Available measures depend on the data source and permissions.
Food × Body explores associations across paired food-and-health days. A question to investigate might be how usual dinner timing lines up with next-morning sleep. That is a possible question, rather than a result promised to every user.
Pattern analysis needs at least 12 usable paired days plus further evidence checks. The app can remain in learning or find no clear pattern. Associations do not establish cause and effect, diagnose a condition, or guarantee better sleep or recovery.
